Method
Take the cheeses out of the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
Cut the hard2 cheese into cubes, the brie1 into slices, and the blue3 cheese into small chunks.
Wash and pat the grapes6 dry, halving any large clusters.
Arrange the cheeses, grapes6, nuts, and crackers on a platter.
Serve with honey on the side or drizzle lightly over the cheeses.

- Why it works
