Nutritious oatmeal with milk, berries and honey. Do not thaw berries in advance — they will release juice slowly into the porridge and cool it to the desired temperature.

Method
Preparation: take a small pot of about 0.5–0.75 L, pour in the milk2 and heat over low heat until the first bubbles appear, do not bring to a boil.
Cooking: add the oats to the milk2 and simmer over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula or whisk until smooth and thickened.
Adding berries: one minute before finish, add frozen berries to the porridge, continue stirring so the berries thaw and release juice. Keep the heat at medium.
Achieve the desired texture: bring the porridge to a creamy texture, the liquid partly evaporates and the porridge becomes soft and uniform.
Remove from heat: take the pot off the stove, cover with a lid and let it stand for 1–2 minutes so the porridge reaches the needed temperature and thickens slightly.
Serving: transfer the porridge to a plate, drizzle with honey on top and, if desired, add more berries. Serve warm.
