Grey rows are pantry staples: salt, oil, spices. They are not counted in the serving price.

Method

  1. Preparation: take a small pot of about 0.5–0.75 L, pour in the milk2 and heat over low heat until the first bubbles appear, do not bring to a boil.

  2. Cooking: add the oats to the milk2 and simmer over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula or whisk until smooth and thickened.

  3. Adding berries: one minute before finish, add frozen berries to the porridge, continue stirring so the berries thaw and release juice. Keep the heat at medium.

  4. Achieve the desired texture: bring the porridge to a creamy texture, the liquid partly evaporates and the porridge becomes soft and uniform.

  5. Remove from heat: take the pot off the stove, cover with a lid and let it stand for 1–2 minutes so the porridge reaches the needed temperature and thickens slightly.

  6. Serving: transfer the porridge to a plate, drizzle with honey on top and, if desired, add more berries. Serve warm.

In short

  • Marked healthy: the planner picks it more often for the goals “lose weight” and “eat well”.
