Some of these include freezing time: the cottage cheese and banana ice creams need three to four hours, the yogurt bark three, the overnight oats a night. Start them the evening before. The caramel for the strawberries reaches 150 °C and burns in earnest — keep a bowl of cold water next to you and do not let children dip on their own.

How much does homemade Dubai chocolate cost?
Roughly one eighth of the bar per piece, and the whole bar comes out well under what a sweet shop charges. Pistachios and tahini are the main expense; the chocolate itself costs less than either.
What replaces kataifi pastry?
Thin egg noodles: break them up, toast them in butter until golden and crisp, then fold them into the pistachio paste. The texture is the same brittle crunch inside the chocolate, and the recipe states the swap openly.
