六十八道一到三岁孩子的菜,标有每份价格和年龄:粥、清汤、蒸丸子和肉饼、泥、焗菜、奶酪饼、小食。现成一周:1岁、2岁、3岁、早餐、无烤箱。
Sixty-eight dishes for a child from one to three, each with a price per serving, time and the age from which it is usually given: nineteen breakfasts, from oat, buckwheat and semolina porridge to a steamed omelette, oven syrniki and apple pancakes; eighteen lunches, among them vegetable purée soup, chicken noodle soup, steamed meatballs with mash, fish meatballs with rice, a light borscht without frying; twenty-three dinners, from turkey and vegetable stew and mashed potatoes with fish to steamed chicken cutlets, cottage cheese casserole and lazy vareniki; six snacks.
Under three there are no mushrooms, sausages, shrimp, mayonnaise, nuts, honey or spice in the dishes: the planner removes all of that automatically once the child's age is set in the quiz. Servings are child-sized, 150–300 kcal, and cheap. Below are ready weeks by age, each with a total and time.
In the quiz, set the child's age in months and how they eat: from the family table, separately or from jars. For a child under three the planner removes mushrooms, sausages, shrimp, mayonnaise, nuts and anything spicy from family dishes, and in “cook separately” mode builds them their own menu from this collection with age-based serving sizes.
The age on a dish is the lower limit from which it is usually given, a guide rather than a rule: your paediatrician knows your child better. Salt in the children's recipes is minimal, there is no sugar, honey appears only after one year and not in every dish; introduce allergens (fish, eggs, milk) one at a time and not for the first time away from home.
按此合集安排一周Milk porridge, vegetable purée soup with zucchini, steamed meatballs with mash, fish meatballs with rice, turkey with vegetables, pumpkin purée with chicken, cottage cheese with banana and apple purée. All soft, in pieces no bigger than a fingertip. The one-year-old week above is built from such dishes.
Chicken noodle soup, pasta with cheese, steamed chicken cutlets with vegetables, zucchini fritters, rice with vegetables and chicken, light borscht without frying, lazy vareniki, oven syrniki. At two a child eats in pieces, but without fried food, mushrooms, sausages or mayonnaise.
Almost everything from the family table except spicy and raw: chicken rice soup, buckwheat with chicken, lazy cabbage rolls, fish cutlets, plov, pasta bake, steamed cutlets, cream soups. Many paediatricians suggest waiting until five for mushrooms and nuts; chocolate and sausage are a rarity, not the norm.
Light and familiar: cottage cheese casserole, oven omelette with vegetables, zucchini fritters, buckwheat with milk, mashed potatoes with fish, rice with vegetables and chicken, lazy vareniki. A child's dinner is an hour and a half to two before bed, without meat late if they sleep badly.
Chicken noodle soup, pasta with cheese, buckwheat with milk, pumpkin purée with chicken, lentil purée with carrot, apple pancakes, lazy vareniki: a pot and a pan. Steamed cutlets and meatballs can be made in a pot with a colander instead of a steamer.
The weeks above show the total per child. Servings are small and the ingredients are the same as the family's, so cooking separately does not come out expensive; fish and turkey are the priciest, porridge and vegetable purées the cheapest.
